Reminder: when you render ships, you should rotate them around their center of mass. RotationOffset doesn't look as good because the angle they're rendered from isn't perpendicular to the plane they rotate in.

@nms: Agreed. RotationOffset just lets us have smaller sprites, but we should render it correctly and optimize the image in-game.
