Ideas

A few ideas:

  • Add walls, like Abbasid. For example, Sung citadels should be surrounded by walls, some with weapons other without.
  • Add anti-missile weapons and close-range support.
  • Add turrets where appropriate.

What about Military Autons? They could be equipped with Tev9s protecting civilian installations beyond the ungoverned territories. If lost, the station would replenish them overtime. Their use can be explained as "a lack of manpower" to protect the dangerous depths of space.

A station that is protected by rotating walls could be interesting, as a variation on the "periodic barrier" that Penitent stations have.
