People who didn't read the initial announcement probably aren't aware you can control-click them to change the order. Also, if you want to change the order of more than one, you have to click them in reverse order of how you want them to end up, which is unintuitive.

Some possibilities:
- Don't change the order, just have a minor action that makes the current tab default.
- Have minor actions that move the current tab left and right.
- Allow tabs to be dragged to change the order and add text explaining this.

Edit: It might also be good to have left and right arrow key indicators on either side of the tabs to show that those keys can be used to cycle through them.

How about Ctrl+Left / Ctrl+Right to move the current tab left and right
Or make Ctrl+Tab do the same as Ctrl+click (as Tab cycles tabs anyway)

Having too many extra UI controls listed as minor actions might clutter the interface a bit too much - commodities exchange would probably be OK at the moment, but some screens may get a bit crowded. Instead there could be a tutorial overlay which pops up the first time your visit a particular screen or screen type which explains the UI features (perhaps it could be toggled with the F1 key)
