The Problem

If 0% labor is ever allocated to a category:industry structure that allows player allocation, it disappears from the structures tab and can't be manually reassigned labor through the game client.

This bug would presumably affect any structure like this. In Era 3 the only structure that meets this criteria is the militia base structure, previously available only on autonomous worlds but added in Era 3 to trade hubs, T&E capitals, and T&E sector capitals.

Possible Solutions


  • structures that allow player allocation should always be visible on the structures tab


  • the militia base should be an improvement instead of an industry.

Included in pull request 5 by making the militia base an improvement (it is still designationOnly).
