It would be nice to keep the player's position in the list and just add and subtract items. Right now you have to wait until whatever is adding stuff is finished or you can't browse the list at all.

This is currently triggered by the (admittedly very clunky) Akan 30 shell manufacturing added to Rasiermesser factories in SM&M++ (Games started with Alpha 1.9g and onward), but I've already got a workaround for it. Ptting a thermo shell nanofac on a station should cause the same issue.
