Allegations of cheating and sockpuppet use hurt the game, and in the current case seem to be true. Having this be just George's job to handle is troublesome, as it lacks redundancy (and George is super busy). The game urgently needs some way of countering problematic behaviour. A lack of rules and rule enforcement (it's not a rule if it's not enforced) hurts the community and thus the viability of the game in the long run.
