The arcology in St. Kats needs an overhaul. Here are some ideas:

• We probably need to increase the size of the ring. 5 km diameter is probably reasonable (1,640 pixels across). 10 km diameter would be larger than a 1920 screen (which is probably too big).
• Consider adding various concentric segments, inside and outside of the main ring.
