Currently, the hitpoints of a projectile are hardcoded. And it's generally 1hp. This should change to being a function based off level, with an additional modifier based on the rate of fire of the weapon (so slower ROF = more HP). If this is automated then there should also be a ShotHPAdjust option or similar so that boosts or penalties are possible in the XML (or, for that matter, on the fly using TLisp ingame).

Also, while it'd be hard to justify it in Part I.....being able to boost shot HP with an enhancement device might be useful for Part II or III content/mods.
