I have completed the game (passed through the Heretic gate) twice, but neither instance resulted in one of the related "Stars of the Pilgrim" achievements being unlocked. I also noticed that Steam lists all of them with a zero percent global unlock rate, although it has been known to round down so that in itself is not conclusive. Regardless, I suspect these are broken or have an unexpected condition attached.
