Not sure if intended strange behaviour or entirely accidental, but quinn docks at some strange stations to repair. The two I've seen her do it at are Corporate Fuel stations and Hospitals.

 Actually, the more I think about it, the more I’m in favor of keeping this bug in. Maybe even append some bit of dialogue in her questline to mention such seemingly incongruous behavior.

Adding in, I've now seen Rama dock at a corporate manufacturing station, this might be a larger issue that wingmen can dock at stations that just don't have armour repair facilities
