Looking up on Commonwealth Defender shiptable, they seems intentionally would appear in higher system. However, current version (and previous beta) has been changed Wolfen/C. They classified as level 5 ship, but their equipments is pretty far below. They only have dual laser cannon as their weapon with light plasteel plate and Class I Deflector. They are so bad that can't even stand a chance with Corsair-II.

Agreed. The problem was that the balance algorithm was over-valuing maneuverability. I've adjusted the balance and upgraded the Wolfen.

Now they've got dual turbolasers, missile launcher, and class II deflector.
