Proposed standard: new ships should handle fire-arcs with device slots where possible, rather than settings on the weapons

For example, the new Earthzone missileship definesthe arc of the NAMI launcher on the code for the launcher, which makes it non-futureproof: a player getting into it through whatever means and swapping out the launcher will not retain the fire arc.

Agreed. This should always be implemented in the <DeviceSlot> section, even if it's restricted to a specific item type (e.g., only works on NAMI launchers).
