Radioactive playerships don't get a docking refusal screen or auto-decontaminate. Not sure if this is intentional so ticketed.
EDIT: Also, radioactive NPCs which dock with the settlement don't get decontaminated

Player is now refused docking. They won't decontaminate because they don't have the facilities.
