SotP with Near Stars Connector and Song's Elemental Shift mod.

I got the Atlas recruitment mission (where a woman approaches you in a station plaza and gives you the address of the Atlas offices). I went to the Atlas offices, was introduced to my handler, and then instead of getting a mission, was just given the generic "there's a boring office here" description.

I think the problem is that there is only a single Atlas mission right now, and it only triggers if there is at least one APD or ED station at range.

I'll fix this by adding more missions.
