Startons do not have a Ship Broker. Visit Dry Docks for that.

I had a quick look. Although all Startons use the same dockscreen it looks like only the armored ones show the Ship Broker action. They have the <SellShip> and <BuyShip> code which allows the action to show whereas the non-armored ones lack that code.

@relanat: Indeed, I found that out as well. Sadly my current game has very few Startons in it. Currently only three (just reached Jiang's star), there was an armoured Starton the system before Jiang's that has the Shipbroker. Then there was one in Gienah and of course the one in Eridani.

Aren't there 2 guaranteed dry docks in Rigel Aurelius? And some Militia and Fleet stations with ship brokers now?

@nms: There are indeed guaranteed Dry docks in Rigel, and Eridani. I was confused because Startons later in the game do have Shipbrokers, but the early ones don't have them.

For now, this is working as designed. We'll see whether we want to add brokers to non-armored stations.
