Not sure how to fix this one, maybe giving them a smaller/less damageing explosion or alternatively spreading them out a bit more?

I forget what armor Zoanthropes use, but if it's a Dwarg armor you could just boost its blast resistance significantly. :)

Zoanthropes normally travel in tight clusters, I think this is reasonable; They spread out when the attack starts.

What's more troublesome is that they'll attack the station too closely so they can't be picked off without damaging the station too.

In general, I think ships shouldn't have explosions powerful enough to destroy their own armor type (except maybe if they're literally on top of each other). Many light gunship types could use weaker explosions and/or better armor.

George responded on stream that he'll probably nerf the explosions. It's not as bad as immediately after the change in explosion logic, but small ships still tend to have overly large explosions.
