On http://multiverse.kronosaur.com/catalog.hexm, multiple mods are broken (show white/grey alternating squares on the preview picture). However, this one is also broken in the game (since 1.8?).

Error message in game when starting a new game:
Commonwealth Police 0.70 [Commonwealth_Police.tdb: Line(50): Unable to find library: a0130000]

I've seen this reported on the forum, but searched through the records here through 2015 and didn't find it.
