The Terra access denial text has a typo: [Two armed guards block your path, "I'm sorry, %sir%, only Fleet the admiral does not like to be disturbed by junior officers."] Omit the words "only Fleet" or create a new sentence. This looks like it got mixed up with the Point Juno text.

If the player finds the Antarctica before the Terra, there is an illogical order of events. The dialogue with Captain Helios makes reference to orders that the player has not yet received. A simple solution would be to make Captain Helios inaccessible to the player if they've not yet met Decker. At the very least, there should be an alternate text besides [I have my orders] when the player declines to work with Helios.

Does the Antarctica crew even check to see if the player has fleet officer status? I don't see any text to that effect.

If the player is allowed to destroy the Antarctica before meeting Decker, they should later be allowed to speak to him about it aboard the Terra (and possibly receive the Lamplighter). Currently there is no script for this sequence of events. There is only the "No missions" text: [The bridge of the CSC Terra is busy with activity. Admiral Decker and his XO are discussing the results of the last operation.]

A number of people have commented on the 'out of sequence' aspect of the Terra/Antarctica screens, so it is known. The mission works fairly well as is so I would assume that updating has a low priority.
Mission code needs to handle a massively increasing number of outcomes as the mission grows so this isn't a quick rewrite. Plus very few members can write mission code so it may be a while before it gets updated.

You could start a forum topic with your ideas about what options should be available in this mission. Sort of like a flow chart type thing. From personal experience I know half the battle is working out the different pathways that have to be handled in the code. If it is all laid out it is much easier to code. Particularly if it also has to handle CC as you noted elsewhere.

In 1.9 Beta 1 this is fixed so that you don't get to talk to Helios until you get the mission from the Admiral.
