My intent is that the player's Collection be the set of extensions they own via the Multiverse. All extensions in the collection get the same features:

• Automatic updates when the extension is updated.
• Ability to download your collection to a new machine.

And of course, when we add features like giving control over download, Independent Mods will get that too.

Files in the Extensions folder are unmanaged; it is up to the player to deal with them.
