See title for glitch. I've worked for Korolov, run a mission for ED, and run a Militia mission. Never taken a CSC mission or donated medical supplies in this save file. I've got no idea what's causing this glitch, so I'll just give you the save file to look at.

The problem was that some Fleet missions were not configured for level 9 systems. I fixed that.

That's pretty neat. I wonder if the same thing is what's messing with ED missions.
