Seen when docked with shipwrecks in the Loot screen. See image.
If there is only room for one item in your cargo hold then the screen desc shows as a plural, "segments" not singular "segment".

Hmmm. I modernized this screen, but it was working in my version. Looks like George broke this when he added the price info. And for some reason, that commit doesn't show up in the file history. But it's visible in the new (amusingly named) blame view.
