We need to tweak shatter damage so that it can be used more often in Part II. Some ideas:

  • Associated with graviton damage (and darkSteel).
  • Armors of level 19 and above are not shattered, but take extra damage (maybe double damage).
  • Ships with internal compartments are only shattered if interior HP is below a certain level.
  • Enhancement that makes armor immune to shatter.
  • Armors of level 22 and above are immune to shatter.
  • There should be a few armors of level 19+ that are immune to shatter.
  • Add a bright glow when the ship shatters (or something); consider improving the particle effect (maybe irregular particle sizes).
