Disabling a minor action leaves a black action outline showing in a dockscreen.

In both standard and minor actions the arrow icons, as well as the 'Esc' in the Done action, disappear when disabled. They could possibly be greyed out rather than disappearing to be more consistent with single letter action key actions.

The text for multi-letter action keys, [Enter] is shown as an example, also vanishes when disabled whereas single letter action keys result in the action disabling without any change to the action appearance.

Suggest that the black outline in disabled minor actions be muted or removed somehow.
Also that the arrow, PgUp/PgDn and Esc icons, as well as multi-letter action keys, remain showing on disabling the action but be greyed out.
