In the Directors Cut mod the Eridani and Rigel systems use the &stG-TypeStar; from GalaxyCompatibility.xml. See attached image for result. Point Juno uses &stA-TypeStar for a similar result. Also seen in The Network/The Network Repaired.

I think these are there for backwards compatibility so this is a bug. But it may not be worth fixing because mods that use these stars are so old they don't run in current game versions anyway.
