New dock services UI does not recognize items with unusual slot type requirements.

For example, a miscellaneous device that requires the shield slot (e.g., nano repairer on Manticore) and installed there is not visible in the shield slot, and shield slot reads empty. One bad result of this is objects installed but not seen by the new UI cannot be removed within the new UI.

Exception: Non-weapon devices that require a weapon slot appear with other weapons, but display an error message when highlighted.
