Now that shops have items relative to system level the Taikon Ventures in Kitamura has a limited range of items for sale. This is because Kiramura is only level 4 so no Taikon or Alien items are generated. As this station is described as Taikon HQ in the xml I'd expect the full range of equipment generated in 1.7.1 and earlier (this shouldn't be too unbalanced as the equipment is still very expensive in Rin).
