Currently, shields with a depletionDelay other than the standard value of 360 ticks show a label that says "X% shorter/longer recovery". This is not useful information - at no point in the game can a player learn what the depletion delay of a shield is other than by using a stopwatch and timing it themselves. You can tell that a shield is vaguely better or worse in this parameter, but not enough to really be useful. This should be altered so that all shields display a recovery time in seconds (rounded to the nearest tenth of a second probably?).
