• Ventari hate the Ares as a result of the Syrtis War and will shoot on sight. Ares will defend against attacks by the Ventari but dont pick fights themselves.
• Sung & Ranx are enemies (via Sierra Pact) and are currently at war
• Sung & Dwarg are enemies and are currently at war
• Sung & Ares are openly hostile (border skirmishes) but not actively at war.
• Salvagers would not have been mistaken for Ares in 2240, because the Ares Orthodoxy didn't exist yet. The Salvagers would have been mistaken as a Syrtis fleet instead.
